SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders will be shipped as per your selection from the menu. All items are 100% personally inspected and packaged by me.
We use USPS shipping, as it is the most economical. Please keep in mind that USPS has increased their pricing in 2017 and the rates are significant but still cheaper than alternative options (UPS, OnTrac, FedEx, etc).
PRIVACY POLICY:
We believe in the right to privacy. We DO NOT share any information we receive from you with any other company.
RETURN POLICY:
We can only accept returns due to shipping errors or manufacturing defects. Please email us at info@shebiker.com with any questions/comments and I will respond to them promptly. Suspected manufacturing defects will be reviewed and replaced if found to be defective.
Please request a shipping return label before returning item. Absolutely, NO COD's or Call Tags will be accepted. Any refunds will be through PayPal or your credit card company. Please be advised, if you paid through PayPal, receiving a refund will automatically be charged a receiving fee by PayPal (that is out of the control of Shebiker.org's hands). I will do everything possible to make sure your problem gets resolved in a timely and professional manner.
